Hello: I was charged the balance of my deductible upon admission for my surgery, and after my insurance paid, I am owed around 1100.00. I've tried calling the billing department, but my call hasn't been returned. Who do I speak to about this?

Keep trying the billing dept or call your insurance and have them call the billing dept. Tell them the situation and have an insurance rep help get you refunded. I always know exactly what I owe up front talking to my insurance co.

I was not billed so I do not have an answer to this. Check with admissions.
