I had a total knee replacement at Oasis nearly a year ago and I cannot offer higher praise for the facility and staff! I have NEVER had such a smooth, seamless surgical experience and will absolutely go to Oasis for future orthopedic surgery needs without hesitation.

The care and attention I received were beyond any hospital stay I've experienced for myself or for my children. Billing is another experience. I followed their instructions, yet they didn't follow what they said they would do. Left a poor impression for me.

I stayed overnight after removing hardware from a spinal fusion on April 5, 2022. The hospital staff were all so incredible and truly wanted to give the best care for me. They always checked to make sure I wasn't in pain and were so kind! I couldn't recommend this hospital enough for your surgery! They even sent me a get well card to my home after I was released wishing me well in my recovery, so sweet! Also, the food was amazing :)

Keep trying the billing dept or call your insurance and have them call the billing dept. Tell them the situation and have an insurance rep help get you refunded. I always know exactly what I owe up front talking to my insurance co.

From my experience, as of two years ago, they didn't have any problem accepting it as my secondary insurance.
Absolutely no sign of Shriners and we stayed 2 days in January 2018. Very impressed with hospital though
