Took my daughter to see a orthopedic specialist. They performed a 4 view X-rays. 3 weeks later, we received a bill for the X-rays for $1,050. 00. The X-rays was negative, mind you she was there for lump in her knee. I could have taken her for an out of pocket expense and got an MRI in Banner imaging which cost $ 300, MRI- correct diagnostic exam!! I called the billing department and the clinic I went to and nobody can give me an explanation why the price is outrageously high for a simple X-ray, they kept saying it’s a hospital price visit and another said it specialty orthopedic X-rays????? Not sure how they can get away with billing patient’s this way. Fraudulent!!! FYI: Price quote at Banner imaging (4 view X-rays) same body part, same number of views- 56 bucks. Btw, my daughter still has a lump in her knee and we’re out 1050 for that X-ray and will probably need an MRI!

Horrible social work. My 13yr old nephew was shot in the head and not expected to live, family came from far up north and were kicked out and NOT ABLE TO SAY FINAL GOOD BYES. SMDH!!!!

EXCELLENT! I now know why they are one of the Top Children's Hospitals in America. Hats off to the Radiology/Imaging folks, especially Matthew and his interaction with my son. Super!

They accused me and my wife of abuse of our son and called cps on us and had a cop called in to talk to us. I will never trust them and I will report this because my son has bruises on his arms and legs. He had been given so much blood drawn that I will trust them. They say they'll help you but then they will try and have your kid taken away.

They did that to my son. He died too. The kept trying to talk him into hospice care. Then kept information about chemo from him. I had his other doctor from Nevada tell me about the chemo, which was effective,but too late because the doctors at PCH didn't make it known that it was available. They killed by son by negligence.

If this is a recent situation it could be as simple as working around Covid unfortunately. Either working around Covid positive patients and resanitizing protocols, call outs due to Covid positive employees...sadly so much changes day to day in a hospital and it's clinics during this pandemic.
I work at PCH, the Covid test will be done if Emergency room only if Dr orders it. Also, if your child is a patient scheduled to have a procedure then you will be booked for the Covid testing. I would check with your PCP.

They are well prepared for Spanish speaking patients and parents. They will lilely be able to provide some assistance whether as a patient or person in need pd proper care.

Before it was it's own stand alone hospital it was inside Banner Good Samaritan hospital. It's been around for over 25 years

On thomas west of the arizona 51 freeway on the southside there is a parking structure with an elevator and the parking is free and there is also security
