I’ve tried for MONTHS to get in with the speech therapist. I have the referral and everything and they keep telling me they’ll call me back and don’t. So I keep calling and I went in in person and they still wouldn’t give me an appntmnt said to call

There are lots of speexh therapists out there, private settings, etc. The hospital is not the only place.

We've had difficulty getting appointments. Once you get in its no problem, if you feel that its too long uou can try another facility.

I haven't had that experience, so I can't comment, but it does seem odd. Perhaps a referral to a different Speech Path is in order?

Summer is hard to get in. Vacations and increased demand for appointments. Keep waiting, once youre in it will be much smoother
