My spouse is having surgery. Can I be in the waiting room during surgery and his regular room after surgery?

I just had surgery there 3 weeks ago. They are only allowing patient only. NO visitors at all. Wife dropped me off and picked me up. That is it.

Hi I haven't been there since Pandemic started but I have surgery next Tuesday in Scottsdale and their are no visitors allowed except some special circumstances good luck.
