Is the land on the park owned or leased from the colony or the state or was it just sold like a lot of the other Corp land around the lake? It was once a State Park then a colony park now a private business. Looks like a lot of improvements.

I believe it is privately owned now and there are many improvements made and ongoing. If they manage to have a rainy season not flood them for weeks at a time they would probably be done.
