Don't know why, but i live there now. It's ok. Overall I like our actual apartment. It's not that pet friendly givin there is no place for them to play or be off leash. It seems safe, but our neighbor smokes weed everyday and so far they haven't been able to do anything about it, so we just have to let our apartment smell constantly. The office and maintenance people are very nice. The best thing it has going for it is the location.
I'll bet you know why. Run.
I have been here a year and since the office work team changed and a new maintenance supervisor arrived the change was completely seen in the place. Always everywhere there are good neighbors and others not so good but in general this place is very well located and the work team is very good.
Been living here for a year now and so far Ive had no issues living here. Office is sweet and my neighbors leave me be.
