I personally wouldnt stay there. Last week there was a shooting and there are tons of apartments that sell drugs from the buildings. Last week an older man walked up to my kids, obviously drunk, and asked my son to give him a kiss on the mouth. I hope for your and your kids sake you decide to live else where.

All i can tell you is you get what you pay for... They are cheap apartments but that comes with all the riff raff, the patch ups and not fixed or proper repairs, stray dogs roaming and constant police in the area for crime... And no matter how clean you are you will still see bugs
