Why is it such a pain in the *** to have to do anything at this place or all of them?
I've been there 4 times the past year and the average time spent there is 3.5 hours, counting the one fast (1 1/2 hour) time in McKinney & the 3 times here.

This is a Mega Center so it will attract alot of people. And its located right by a major freeway so its easy access to find. Best bet is find the smaller DPS near you, but there still will be a long wait time, just maybe not as long.
