Make sure that you have crossed your t's and dotted your i's,because it took me 6 trips to finally get my license. They only give you partial information and send you away, and then it's something different each time. I finally got fed up and refused to leave the last time until they got everything straight. I insisted on the supervisor and he was able to get the job done that time around. They were just not doing their job and always had an attitude.
Making an appointment these days has become mandatory and helps you get inside directly. Also, my experience was very good because I didn’t had to wait for too long as my number was called-in within 10-12 minutes after I checked-in.
