Yes. Schedule it via appointment. :) I think you can do it online or by calling their number. Prepare to look to your left when you walk in for papers you need to complete. You will be sent back there if you don't have papers when you see an actual person. Try not to be mad - it's a way of processing quicker :) Good luck :)
