I had a great experience working with Marissa Daniels. She is intelligent, professional, honest, and friendly. My case had some risk involved and it felt scary for my family and myself, but Marissa explained the process very well and we knew what our options where and what we could expect. We never felt like we were on our own because she always made sure our questions were answered. I also worked alongside Andrea Machado, Jenna McConnell, and Penelope Castellanos. They are also intelligent and phenomenal women. I am happy to say that as of today I am officially a green card holder! It was a long process for myself, but trusting the right people to take care of my case was the best thing I could do. Invest in a trusted lawyer to guide you in the right direction because the reason I had risks involved with my case was because I went to a family friend initially who was not a lawyer and the paperwork was filled out incorrectly. Note, a notary is not a lawyer… and it all turned out into a mess. Marissa was able to help me out of that mess and I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who is dedicated, qualified, and experienced.

my experience was very bad Since they made me sign a contract In the end they tell me that they cannot work with me Case and I don't get my money back When I signed the contract, they told me that if my case cannot be worked on, they will return my money. Unfortunately it was not I requested a receipt for each charge I was charged And nothing was handed to me without explanation what were the charges I think if they are so professional I would have a very clear receipt of the charges The assistant Marybel Muñoz only told me the lawyer the lawyer will speak with you And the lawyer Marissa Daniels only spoke to me To tell me you're sorry I can't work on your case Well they hurt my feelings and besides that I don't know what happened to my money 💰 take a good look at the contract

I just have to say thank you for achieving my dream of being a resident. I think that as an emigrant it is everyone's dream to have a place in this country and feel safe. I want to thank the lawyer Ariel Casas and his personal assistant Rosa for making me feel safe. If I had to choose a lawyer I would choose you again thank you ❤

Hello, typically in urgent or emergency situations we recommend that you contact the Mexican consulate to see if they can help you with an emergency entry for your partner. The other option is for him to try to go to the American consulate near where he lives to see if he is treated in an emergency. Many greetings and success and congratulations. You can call us for a free phone consultation 214-267-9300 so that we can ask you to immigrate if you want in the future as your husband but it is a process that may take more than a year

Hello, I am waiting for my green card and I would like to travel by plane to Orlando, are there any immigration restrictions? Thank you

Hello! It depends on which stage of your residency application this is because that determines whether there is a risk or not. Typically a national trip is not as risky as an international trip or to the border but still without knowing it or knowing the fine details of your case we can not tell you the level of risk for you. Please consider scheduling an appointment at 703-544-2929 or 214-267-9300 to meet her and see more about her immigration status. Thank you very much and many greetings
