Worst City I have ever done business with. They do not explain or help in any form. They expect you you pull permits and do everything the correct way, but do not want to help you do so. They will be the first to shut you down if you don't have everything you need. Terrible place!!!!!!

957 Allen got a permit for multi-family dwelling. I own 910 Allen, once a fourplex, the zoning was single-family dwelling. My question is has the zoning changed in that area, 76104 recently?

You can check the zoning for your property online at oneaddressfortworthtexas.gov. That website will also show you any building permit activity within a certain radius of the address you look up (I think it's either 300 or 500 feet).

Are there areas in Fort Worth which are zoned for mobile homes ?

Why hasn't anyone returned my calls. I have been forwarded to someones voicemail. When I leave a message on the general phone number which I have done three of the last four days, NO response. Not one. Terrible permit process.

Start with the Planning & Development department. Youll need to see both plan review & zoning. You will def need a site plan, plat & plans.
