We bill for Water, Waste Water, Electricity, Pest Control and Trash Service. The Pest Control Fee is $3.75 per month and Trash Service Fee is $25 per month. Other Utility Bills could fluctuate since they are based on how much everyone uses for that particular billing cycle.
Recent change in management...AGAIN...and they're using Yes Energy Management. My bill is $100 more than it's been the past 5 yrs. Good luck getting the office or energy company to reply. Won't happen.
