We bill for Water, Waste Water, Electricity, Pest Control and Trash Service. The Pest Control Fee is $3.75 per month and Trash Service Fee is $25 per month. Other Utility Bills could fluctuate since they are based on how much everyone uses for that particular billing cycle.
