Depending on who you know and who you speak with will determine how quickly and if you move at all.. management is very particular about who they assist, back now it looks like everything is working like clock work.. awesome job keeping calm .

Ok so it's my 5th time coming back and I've been trying to understand what was happening, OJ a knowledgeable staff member informed me about the situation that I had a misunderstanding on and promptly provided the answer that I was looking for... very professional 👏 👌 👍I'm back for a few more reviews.,. Oj is still assisting and it's a few other clutch staff members who go above and beyond the call 🤙 awesome and thanks again for being proactive and professional..

Staff is professional and attentive. The process of checking in and being screened runs very smoothly. Scheduling a donation time through the app is very easy. The nurses are available to answer questions about the donation process. I'm very pleased with how Biolife treats its donors.

Hello Melissa, If your local center closes at 7pm, that means the last appointment available is 7pm. This is reserved for return donors. Those who are new donors typically have their last new donor appointment available an hour before close. Thank you.
You have to make an appointment for to be a new donor it's about a 2-hour process but you really need to make an appointment to be a new donor
2 forms of I'd (SS card, DL or state ID)...proof of residency (mail in your name still in envelope)...prepare to be there 3 to 3 and a half hours first visit...
