Hello Melissa, If your local center closes at 7pm, that means the last appointment available is 7pm. This is reserved for return donors. Those who are new donors typically have their last new donor appointment available an hour before close. Thank you.
You can have an appt up until closing time. Physical appts are probably different and I'm guessing you can't be 10 minutes late like you can be for earlier appts.
