I think I messed up and didn't print off the right thing for the family pass. It is for my grandson and his family and I just printed the page with the confirmation number and now I see that perhaps I should have printed something else.

They can look it up for you. Maybe you can email the confirmation to your family. As long as you can prove your order then it should be fine.

Confirmation number is good. You can always forward the email to your grandson and he can show it

Just the confirmation number is good too. You must have provided the email also. Normally you will get an email with the barcodes..so check your email once.

If you forward your grandson the email he can show them on his phone when he gets there
