So I purchased a new GMC Sierra Denali and took it to Pronto for a Borla install. The owner Ennis personally assisted me and I was in and out within an hour. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed a 3 inch cut on the lower lumbar of my leather seat- only what could’ve been done by a screw driver/knife. I decided to go back to the shop and show them the cut knowing all good and well that this most likely would end up in a “me vs. you (2022) customer is always wrong” situation. Initially Ennis said what I’d imagine- “I was the only one who drove your car and I keep my back pockets clear” after I insisted that since I purchased this truck merely five days ago and that meant he’s the only other person to sit in the driver seat he said “let me double check give me a minute.” After five minutes he reappeared and mentioned someone else parked my ride and although he cannot confirm damage he cannot deny it- he instructed me to pay for the part+install at the dealer and he would cover costs. Honestly, at this point I was still concerned on follow through so I drove to GMC dropped a significant amount for a new leather seat + install and brought it back to Ennis…within five mins he cut me a check for the full reimbursement. Point is this- he made a decision, a choice that’s rare in 2022- and that choice was to do the right thing absent proof, and because of this has now gained a lifelong advocate and customer from what started as a worst case scenario situation. I cannot rave enough about this shop, their service and their values…if you respect good small business owners you need to support them in all needs that they specialize in! Sincerely, A forever fan and client.

I would call and ask. The price would depend on car and type of exhaust. I'm sure the price would be competitive compared with other good quality installations.

They would need to see your car and issue to be able to tell you I will tell you to a fault that they are honest. I thought I had a suspension issue and it turned out to be an exhaust hanger making noise. They showed me the area, tightend the nut and sent me on mu way for 0$$$. Class act
