Horrible experience. If I could give no stars I would. One of the tellers makes up her own rules 🤦 Recently I also witnessed her refusing to service a client because he merely asked her why... Obviously her conduct is allowed at the expense of BofA customers.

Worst bank ever Went into this bank 2 days in a row and there was only ONE teller and a line to the door. This is what I closed all of my accounts . With all the fees the banks charges you would think they could afford more people. I think the bank is being greedy. Just saying.

This place is a dump and should be shut down. Super rude teller- she was obnoxious and condescending. Follow up: the bank reached out and took genuine measures to address my concerns. I appreciated their reaching out.
