Mary is so sweet! And so are most employees. But not happy with Jorge. While opening the secure checking account, he tricked us by listing us the benefits for secure checking plus. The account was losing money every month, and we just had to close our account. Most other banks offer options to not pay member fee with their basic checking, not cutx!

Difficult to open a new account and very little follow up for potential new clients. Response to owner- I already reached out to this location's Branch Manager and there was no response.

Luckily they will be closing this location soon. The disrespectful encounter i hope no one has to experience with Rachel. Between her and the other guy working the computers, they have no business offering “help” to anyone. Corporate was notified.
