Great showroom and very friendly staff! I knew exactly what I wanted and LeeLee was very helpful in taking care of me. Online had quoted me 3 weeks for delivery, but in the store they had as early as a week available. I will definitely go back.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley HomeStore has committed itself to provide a clean, safe shopping environment for all team members and guests. We've implemented additional safety measures, and are closely following the social distancing guidelines from the CDC. For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
Most of the items are taking a while to come in. No fault of A.F. side. Its every where. When the products arrive delivery is on time.
We locally stock about 20% of our inventory, including some dinettes. The other 80% has to be ordered.
We sure do! Just bring in anything that shows their price and we will happily match it! Ashley Furniture is sold at hundreds of retailers, so it's not surprising to find our products at other stores.
Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot pick up old furniture. Many local charities will come pick it up for free.
Ashley has good prices on leather couches amd recliners.i got my couch lower than the sale price. The customer service can't be beat, either.
