Update 10/11/22 Damage during delivery in August, 2022. Still no reimbursement. Claims company delaying payment, send occasional emails thanking me for my patience. I strongly discourage you from doing any sort of business at Conn's. Horrible delivery experience with significant damage to my hardwood floors, walls, wooden banister, and other woodworking. Contacted the store and sent pictures. They apologized, but there certainly has not been any urgency in advising me what Conn's intends to do about restitution. The delivery was made by two young men who were unprepared to do they type of delivery that a refrigerator requires, and managed to dent and scratch the fridge as well. 9/21/22 update-claims experience equally bad. two emails essentially saying, they are working on it. phone message 5 days ago saying I should hear 'something' by yesterday. Have had no communication from them as of today. Have no indication of what they intend to do to repair the home damage done by their delivery service. I have obtained independent estimates of repair/replacement of greater than $2000.00. Hardwood floors and stairs with this type of damage generally cannot be repaired to their original condition.

I will this experience a 0 because when delivery they damage my house and they took my signature and said they gonna deliver the rest the stuff but a month went by no delivery when call they told me they delivery everything but they didn't I recommend you not going to this store

Wouldn’t even give this location a single star. Had no idea Conn’s offers Life Insurance!!!!! Financed a washer and dryer and left with a Life Insurance policy as well….Sales Associate never said a word and was told that it was in the contract I signed…. Hmmm guess I should of known they offered a life insurance policy at a furniture store. Would never EVER recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn’t purchase from this store even if they offered 75% off of everything in the store. Terrible customer service. Horrible company

Sale clerk was professional. Not pushy explained all the appliances functions and went out of the way to make sure all payment and delivery was taken care of.

We purchased right at $6000 worth of living room,mattresses with frames,and washer and dryer and once delivered they don't care if they sent wrong frame. The customer service is down right terrible. Every phone call to the Plano, Texas store on 15th Street afterwards has been a complete joke of passing the buck and a complete endless of getting nothing resolved. They are quick to sell you items and once sold they basically make you feel as if you no longer matter. We have been sleeping with king size mattress on the floor for almost two weeks due to incompetent delivery of wrong frame with missing parts.
