Go to the texas rangers site and there they have a lot of info about handicapped and disabled seating, aides that can help, elevators, etc. They also have a number you can call to get help, info, etc, and people there to help you. They even have people that can get you back to your car after the game , if I understood it correctly.

Globe Life Park is very wheelchair friendly. There is an elevator that will take guest to the top deck along with two huge spiral ramps that access different levels. Those to me are the obvious. I'm sure there are other hidden secrets I've yet to discover.
