Very sad that one day I went to withdraw from this bank as it is a sister bank to my bank back in my hometown teller lied to me about not being affiliated with my bank then goes to get someone else to say they no longer bank with my bank anymore only yo turn around a few days later and my daughter went back and made transactions with this same bank for our bank account back home NEVER WILL I VISIT AGAIN some people doesn't need to be working with the public especially ones with personal issues and agendas we are business owners and experienced the worst from supposedly business professionals do better and know your business not your profiling very reason a lot of people steer from banking with banks that profiles there customers

Came in twice today to open an account, the 1st time I waited 20 minutes and left because no one was available to help the relationship manager had a client in her office. Then I came back an hour later to try again and waited 30 minutes this time the relationship manager just sat at her desk with no client and didn’t even acknowledge me as I was walking out. I am glad I experienced this upfront, because an account here with Greater Texas Credit Union would have been terrible to deal with. I definitely do not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Horrible customer service. They were not trying to help in my situation and made me feel like I was a criminal. Ridiculous! Glad I don’t use them for my banking institution. Updated based on your CU response… I have submitted a form and yet to hear back.

Horrible customer service, got treated like a criminal by the RUDEST teller i’ve ever come across in my life, for depositing what i personally consider a small amount of hard earned money. I’ve been with GTFCU for almost 20yrs. There’s a better way to communicate bank safeguards against fraud, without treating a loyal customer like a criminal.
