ILKB in Brentwood, i started coming here in March 2022, did the trial classes, and I am in love! and its the best decision I've ever made. This place is incredible, the people here are so kind, friendly, helpful and energetic. This include staff and members. It is such a fun place. Made a new found friends. Learned so much doing kickboxing, and i am obsessed. Highly recommend this place.

There is no place I would rather be! I moved to the area about 2 years ago, and was looking for a place to get a great workout. I immediately fell in love with the environment from the members, music and most of all, THE COACHES. This is home away from home. I've also made a lot of friends at this studio and you don't have to worry about any creepers unlike most of the gyms.

Absolutely LOVE ilovekickboxing in Brentwood. The coaches are warm and welcoming, the facility is clean and beautiful, the members are fun, lovely people. I was one of those people that was able to always say how tired I was and how I couldn't make it to the gym. Over the last few months I have discovered how much better I am feeling and I try harder to make it to the gym. My original goal was 2 to 3 days a week and in just a few months I try to make it more like 4 or 5 days each week.

I have taken classes with other studios in the past and there is no comparison. The conditioning is no joke and a workout in itself! The coaches are very informative and supportive, modifying moves to meet your fitness level. Although I am already dying by the time I hit the bag, I get so pumped by the coaches, music and combos I can't wait to go back. They also have great newcomers deals, both me and my husband joined!
