Great quality cabinets but horrible customer service. I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so here because the cost of the product is so high and there are other options in the marketplace. We have had a very unpleasant experience with this company during the entire process. It started when we drove from San Francisco during the work day to visit their showroom. The sales contact was late and we had to uncomfortably and repeatedly ask him to show us options. He seemed more annoyed that we were engaging with his company than wanting to sell us their product. We then lost 2 months of our rehab schedule because he did not process our paperwork correctly and then blamed us for not docusigning the correct documents after we repeatedly asked him for updates over 2 months as to the next step. It ended with them not including cabinet handle installation into their scope of work. Again, great quality cabinets but really poor customer service.

Have used them for several items Kitchen and Bath remodels. They are getting worse and worse. They last a customer focus and are unclear. They make lots of statements and promises but do not live up to them. I have done lots of remodels on my home. There are better less painful options. Don't buy into the sales team they are not connected to manufacturing nor installation. You will not be happy you spent lots of money and received poor products.
