It was an easy process getting an x-ray at Envision. I called them from my doctor and scheduled an x-ray within the hour. I received a text confirmation within minutes. Abi, the technician, was professional and patient. Despite my disability, he helped me get the needed x-ray image. He showed tremendous compassion, easy conversation, and made my visit a pleasant one.

Received extremely disheartening and bad bedside manner patient service from Symone, one of the ultrasound technicians. First, there was no initial greeting when she called me back. She called my last name only which is really common, so I asked her if she was asking for Tiffany Williams, to which she replied again with my last name only. So, I figured it was me and followed her to the exam room which she was walking so fast, she kept a gap of about 5ft. When I got the the room, I asked to see the images on the screen, she replied we don't show them to patients. I asked why, she replied due to HIPAA. I asked well, how can there be a HIPAA violation if it's my information I'm requesting to see? She kept her same response all the while coming off as very condescending, arrogant and dry. Needless to say, the rest of the exam was she and I having a word exchange that was very uncomfortable bc I told her that service is everything these days and a person with 6 years of experience should have better bedside manner than she does. I'll spare the mindless details on our exchange and I cut the exam short because I know longer wanted to be in the presence of her bad energy, nor have her hands on me. People need to realize that the consumer is not taking bad service anymore without speaking up! I truly hope she seeks the help she needs to be better at what she does.
