They literally have no compassion for the patients who come here. Between Friday and today I've already been to Baylor Urgent Care, and the emergency room due to the type of pain I'm in. The office manager refused to do my ultrasound because my insurance requires me to pay $77 out of pocket for this visit. I told them I can afford to pay $25-30 today and make payments on the remaining balance. The office manager refused, and then the receptionist had the nerve to tell me to call back when I want to reschedule. Just no compassion for people. I guess I'll have to just wait until my symptoms get worse and head over to the ER and pray that it's not too late.
