I thought I was going to buy a Truck to do my work with from a trusted Dealership, I really really regret the moment I went to this place , They without any sense of respect or conscience sold me an F150 Ford Platinum 2019 with a lot of hidden problems such as brakes problem , transmission and illuminating. Have been going back and forward to have them fixed but guess what the Sales Manager his name was Ibrahim he literally said “ do whatever you want to do, I can’t help you “ even though it has warranty . I paid twice for the illumination and never fixed, squeeze sound comes out of the transmission going under 20miles , a lot going on , it’s just you can call it robbery or Fraud, I’m not only disappointed I will sue this Dealership for all the stress they gave me and my family.

I will never purchase another vehicle ever again from Don Davis. I have called multiple times to have my issue resolved only to be told they will get back to me and never do. When I traded in my car they called the bank to get the 14 day payoff. However they didn't pay my car off to include the interest accrued for those 14 days. Only paying my principal balance due the day of the trade. So now a full 2 months after this transaction occurred that loan is now delinquent because of the finance departments incompetence. I have since paid the remaining interest balance myself so this doesn't effect my credit. This isn't how you treat customers!!
