My husband is 76 yrs old with copd but is otherwise healthy. My question is, would he be a candidate for lung surgery? He is currently on oxygen plus 3 nebulizer meds.

If you're talking about transplant, yes, Temple does not have an age limit for transplant. I would recommend Temple, for COPD patients.
