Ebony from the 8th-floor employee covid testing section is a fantastic employee. I just left a visit with her, and she was kind and considerate and was a breath of fresh air in my sick state. My only complaint is about the elevator system, as it's very confusing and could be way more streamlined. Other than that, It's a wonderful facility with great employees!

Alexis was such a big help I was getting transferred constantly until she helped me get what I needed . She should definitely be praised for her work!!

I am a new patient at this location. After following my OB-GYN from her previous employer to Penn. I entered the lobby and noticed that security controls the elevators and patients have to stand in line. The process was a little chaotic as it was too many security officers involved in a simple task. Once I got to the office, I was shocked. The receptionist area was cluttered with baby pictures on the entire back wall and decorations and signs on every partition. You couldn’t even see the receptionist, due to the clutter on the partition. The furniture was cracked and peeling and needs to be replaced ASAP. I get to the exam room and it’s dim, old and outdated. The walls contained white stains. As if dirty mop water got on the walls. The staff chair was old and rusty. I can not believe that Penn Medicine has a facility for patients in this condition. I am seriously thinking about going back to the previous practice. Where the facility is modern and does not give off dirty/outdated vibes. The care at the previous practice was also good. A nice facility and amazing doctors makes for a perfect place to receive care. I only switched to follow my doctor as I am a loyal patient. The appearance of this office has me second guessing my decision. Penn needs to step their game up.

Terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I came here to get a birth control implant taken out and it took them 2 hours just to talk about the information before hand. Two different nurses stopped by and I have yet to see the doctor who will be extracting the implant. I’m never coming here again.

8th floor...I believe the hrs are 8 to 5...it's best to call and check and make sure your insurance is in network with Penn.
There is no cafe in the 800 Walnut St. lobby. There is a Starbucks and cafe across the Street.
There is another side of the parking garage across the street on across from the Starbucks at the Penn Building and at Wills Eye garages.

Where is the best place to park
No
Yes, but it's expensive. In the same building as offices.
