Helped me regain much needed functionality when my disease was its most severe and I am forever grateful. This place and the ppl who work there are world class in my opinion. If you live within driving distance and are suffering from chronic headache, get on the waiting list ASAP

Migraine Headaches are the number one complaint to doctors above diabetes and asthma combined. I have suffered with chronic migraines for over 20 years. On my last visit, I was so grateful to Dr. William Young who treats me I felt it necessary to let people know where they can get help. The Thomas Jefferson University Hospital has one of a few world renowned academic HEADACHE centers in the country. They specialize in all types of headache pain which is the 5th leading cause of disability. Their team of headache medicine specialists include neurologist, fellows, psychologist, psychiatrist and nurses who provide primary care level to advanced care when you need hospitalization, like me. I am giving you national support information as well as community support as well as social media connections. Migraine Headaches are a debilitating disease. There is help for you or anyone you know who is suffering or silently suffering. I wish you all well!

I agree 100% . The front desk is awful and there attitudes are horrible. The doctors and nurses are the absolute best and give the greatest care.
There is a small snack shop on the first floor to the left of the entrance from 9th St. However, there are a few sandwich shops, cafes and a WAWA within that 4block square.
If you do not get good customer service call Jefferson Hospital and ask for the Chief Operations Officer. Tell them you want to make a formal complaint and be specific and detailed as to what happened. Every time I go to an appointment Jefferson sends me a survey requesting information on every aspect of the visit. They allow space for personal comments after each set of questions. Service to their customers is a priority. You just have to speak up and don't give up!
