The wait time is horrible. We arrive on time for the appointment but the doctor is always late between 45 minutes to one hour.

The first time I brought my daughter in for a newborn registration, the receptionist had absolutely no clue how to open a file for an infant and we were standing next to the front desk for over an hour. Over the phone you're never on hold for less than ten minutes if they don't hang up on you first. Lastly, Just when I thought I had found a nice family doctor for myself and my child Dr. Allan, she leaves the office. Fast forward 2 years, I needed a child health form for my child's daycare. Twice they assured me they had it in office. Both times, they handed me the wrong forms and I wasted the trips, I couldn't keep coming since I work. The third and last time, a representative on the phone suggests to fax a copy of the exact one for assurance. I get called 2 weeks later saying it's ready. It's the wrong form again! The receptionist tells me he had no clue why she told me to send by fax if only the billing department receives faxes. I was done.

I can never make an appointment because they never answer the phone. After being on hold for so long eventually they hang up. I would leave a call back number and never get contacted. The only way to make an appointment here is to show up sign a paper wait to be called to then make an appointment
