Their drivers need to read the addresses on packages better. I'm tired of not getting my packages when they say they have delivered them and they really haven't not to me at my address anyway.

I was told I received a package that never showed up the instructions were to leave the package at my front door but my ring can confirm it never made it in view of my front door and ups said I can't make a claim because I opted to not have someone sign for it

They really need to do something about their hiring process. I went to their website because I seen they had a job posted. It was posted the day before I applied. I applied on the 3rd got the job and got an official letter on the 4th to start on the 8th at 4:30 a.m. I get there and a guy named Ron came out and told me I have no clue why they hired you we do not need the help at all. Tried talking to someone with the number I got on an email and I just got the run around. Very unprofessional to hire someone and then tell them sorry you're not needed.

I don't know for certain, but in my experience, UPS has been willing to pick up any package with a UPS return label on it anywhere they go. I have found if I put a UPS return label on a package and put it on my doorstep, UPS driver will just automatically grab it the next time he brings me a delivery. If your are picking up a pkg you can go anytime! The counter is to ship! Only OPEN 1 hour cause it's Higginsville Mo not Lenexa Ks! Sedalia Ups is only open 2 hrs! It's a distribution center NOT A STORE!
