Confederate Memorial State Historic Site

The church is opened to public but not the basement part . Lots of confederate graves and daughters of of the confederate it is a beautiful place to visit.

That I'm not forsure not many place to gather thow. Unless standing in the cards. But very peaceful place

I have no problem walking a few minutes. Quite frankly I could use the exercise...I will be calling their office tomorrow when they open at noon and getting all that information. Thank you for your replies

I don't believe that a Yankee would be comfortable around all those Rebels. My great grandparents lived in that home until they passed and are buried there.
