The church is opened to public but not the basement part . Lots of confederate graves and daughters of of the confederate it is a beautiful place to visit.
I'm not sure, there is a church that has some things in it around back in the basement but not sure if it's open to the public. Need to ask rangers at their office.
The park itself is a museum of sorts. There are plackards in places that give the history of the park and homes. One even has my great grandfather's signature on it as he was the designer for both the homes and then the park after the last veteran passed away
