Apartments are trash, owner is even worse. Wish I could give it a negative. Wish owner would keel over. Won't fix anything, makes promises and never follows through. Will lie and anytime something needs refurbishment, or replaced he says "let's talk about your rent"

Not worth it me and some other people who live there are moving out landlord shut the water off to both buildings
About 6 or 8 it sounds far away but really it's not
Rent here is 475.00 monthly im moving out on the 5th one will be available soon after deposits are 475.00 and pet is 300.00
