They don't return messages and ignore phone calls. If you have a choice go anywhere else. Total disregard for patients.

I go to Temple every year to see Dr. Dhungana. He's absolutely one of the best doctors here. The only problem I have with this place is trying to contact the office. It took me months just to schedule the appointment and now I have been trying to contact them to get results of a cat scan I had done. I don't understand why they tell you to leave a message and you never hear from. This is horrendous! How can you leave patients hanging like this? I really hope Dr. Dhungana leaves this place!

The nurses and doctors are kind, but getting an appointment is impossible. I had my first appointment here in September, and it took me 3 months of calling the office constantly to schedule a test. They would transfer me or never return my call, so literally 3 months later I got the test done. Scheduling a follow-up appointment has been equally impossible. I have been trying to schedule this follow up since September, and just got an appointment in February! Absolutely do not go here if you have any urgent issues, because you will be waiting 5 months for an appointment. You're better off making the drive to Christiana in Delaware. They are kind and have nearly immediate appointments.

I am seeking a lung transplant..spent four days at Temple lung...evaluation..have never been treated better the professionalism was amazing. Best of luck in your search I wish you well.
If you're talking about transplant, yes, Temple does not have an age limit for transplant. I would recommend Temple, for COPD patients.
Yes they do.
That's a question for your doctor or lung coordinator...
Sorry I've never experienced nothing short of compassionate care with the two doctors from the Temple Lung Center they go about and beyond, this is my truth with everyone of my Temple Doctors. Sorry you've had that experience
It took some time. About three months
There's is no way for myself or anyone else who's not part of Temple Lung Center to answer any questions about parameters
There is the AstraZeneca Hope Lodge located very close to Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia. It is a beautiful facility. Speak to a social worker at Temple and they can help you get in. Good luck!
