Yes I agree with you any restaurant that undercooks food should be notified it is definitely a health risk. I didn't have that personally happen to me but definitely if it happened they need to be notified.

We loved the fish & chips for years but today we noticed a change in fish. The texture of the fish was quite different and the coating fell off easily. We think the fish has a different texture than cod normally has. The coating was very wet under.
