If I could give 0 stars or negative I would. By far the worst service I've ever had, especially on the "manager's" part. She was incredibly unprofessional and does not understand customer service in the slightest. I don't understand how she's even qualified to be a manager. Really, it was THAT bad. The restaurant does not take reservations-- odd, but not an issue. Taking a group with the same exact number of people that came in after us AND serving them their food first-- a problem. Waiting 2+ hours and still NOT getting our food-- a problem. Having one person out of the 5 get their food immediately and leaving the rest waiting-- a problem. "Your appetizer MIGHT be ready before your meal" -- problem. After HOURS of waiting (literally) and deciding to take our business elsewhere because we're obviously hungry, and the manager snarkily saying "Are you sure you don't want to wait? Well I guess I'll just take the rest of the meals off the bill and you can pay the rest". Without an apology or offering anything. Complete lack of empathy -- a BIG problem. Especially when you're spending HUNDREDS of dollars. So we spent 60+ dollars on drinks and a nasty attitude from their so called manager. Do not recommend. Never again. Demote that lady immediately. I had a better understanding of customer service when I started working at 14!! Worst dining experience I've ever had. Seriously horrible. For the same amount of money, go somewhere nicer!

Gift cards are a great way to get ya back to old favorites. Came in early and hungry and while we didn't see Gumbo Fries as an option in the menu, the waitress spoke highly of them and now we do too. That, plus a side salad then sharing 2 lbs of shrimp was actually more than we could eat. They packed up the remaining shrimp to enjoy later.

Always a strange concept when you're paying over $100 (for 2) to eat on paper without utensils, but that's the charm to this chain. Outstanding service. Outstanding food. 10/10 would go again.

It was my first time there. The great news is that our waiter who took the order was awesome 👌, even the Mgr. Johnathan was great, I remember his name because that's my daughter's boss name. 2 of my grandkids and my sister had the kids burger. That burger looked amazing to be a kid size. I certainly hope they never change that. The fries looked amazing, my other 2 grandkids had chicken, 1 with bone in the other boneless, they were also satisfied. The unfortunate, was that they were out of the main food items at 8ish, that my daughter & son in law ordered. No crayfish, no fried pickles to be exact. My comment to the waiter, you all must have large crowds in the afternoon. With that being said; To be safe, I always order the Shrimp Po Boy, whenever I go to seafood places, because it'sa simple meal. Not to mention our family do crab and shrimp boils regularly and I can't see paying $75 upward and not getting as much as you anticipate. However, we understand that's how it goes in the business world. When my Po Boy arrived, it literally was on a wonderful piece of bread role, lots of lettuce, a couple slices of tomato, but the down fall, it only had 6 medium to small shrimp, that looked pre-breaded. That was disappointing. My son in law said we'll just have to continue to go to Hot & Juicy at Westgate.... overall the customer care, the workers were fabulous, we love them. If we just come back for the customer care that would be great. I placed 3 photos. Angry Crab had 6 pre-breaded shrimp. My Shrimp Po Boy, I did before photo, with my sauce, then put together with a red onion. I gave them a 4 because of customer service.
