The Manager and an Employee were extremely rude to me and my family. I attempted to call I to place a complaint and the Manager and employee wouldn't not allow me to speak to anyone but them. Does anyone know how to contact a supervisor or owner?

No, I have never had a problem with any of the employees there. But then again I try to be nice to everyone that handles the food That I'm going to eat

Its family owned not corporate. I think the owner is a little old lady. I would reach out via Facebook/Twitter/whatever other social media they might have. Ive been there a dozen times and never have had an issue with the employees or customer service.

The Better Business Bureau will have the name of the legal owner or the business licensing for the city will have the owner's name on record if you have no luck any other way I would suggest as a last resort doing researching the owner that way

I've been going there since it was Margarita Ville and never had a problem. Staff has always been respectful and courteous. Quality food 😎
