The phones go to an answering system that is checked every morning. If you leave a message they assume the issue was taken care of the previous day. If your trying to call to reschedule leave a message. If it something urgent call the clinic pharmacy and ask to be transfered to the front desk. And as for the issue of bus passes. NO, Metrocare Clinics do NOT give bus passes. They only get 4 a year from DART. those are for emergency cases. So please dont ask.
