I worked with Dr. DuFour and I was extremely impressed at how I managed to get out of a high anxiety state and get back to my normal life. I’m extremely happy. Dallas cbt really improved my life. They are so professional and just amazing. I can’t thank him enough for everything I learned!

Dallas CBT is great. I worked with Chris regularly with anxiety and he helped me achieve great outcomes while we worked together. I highly recommend!

Dr. Holland is AMAZING! My son suffers from OCD and it only got worse during the pandemic. Dr. Holland would work with him virtually 3 days a week at the height of his OCD. Dr. Holland is an answered prayer to our family. My son is now in college with a 4.0 and working also. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Holland to anyone!

Yes- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps you make changes in your thinking patterns and behaviors to feel better and live better. Some of the changes you'll notice in CBT is becoming more flexible in your thinking and developing healthier and more helpful beliefs. CBT helps improve feelings, including fears and anxieties, teaches you to cope better with feelings, and reduces the control that these feelings can have on your life.
