We do see venomous ("hot") snakes here at Texas Avian & Exotic Hospital. However, as you can probably imagine we have a very, very strict protocol regarding how we handle them and we do not deviate from our protocol under any circumstances. You may call to inquire further- it takes some time to prepare for these kinds of appointments.
I know they have a reptile specialist, it is where I took my chameleon, I just don't know if the see venomous, however the staff is super nice and doesn't hurt to call and ask. Sorry couldn't be of more help.
