It depends on whether it is an initial visit, a recheck, a referral from another veterinarian, a transfer from an ER... Some species have a different fee, for example venomous (hot) snakes or primates. That's because we have very strict protocols in order to keep everyone safe. I would think the initial basic exam is species-dependent. it was $105 for my rat, just last week.
