In most cases if the animal is seriously ill, not eating, swollen, bitten, etc they will fit you in even if you don't have a scheduled appt.
I asked this morning and was told it was completely dependant on schedule, and that if they are busy you will probably be referred. :/
Yes... But their hours are flexible. Their usually booked out at least a week.
