I got a dog from the Midwest city shelter a little while back and I've been trying to re home her but haven't had any luck. Can I bring her in so she can be adopted?

The shelter does not take animals from the public. 2nd Chance rescues from shelters only. Maybe Four Starr's has help in the other comments
