Unfortunately the location is in a bad area so the staff has there hands full. I've been there alot and if you can have some patience I am sure management will fix this issue for you
I don't know what to do. She said to come the next day. I even told her i don't have a receipt because there wasn't one in my bag. The next day the manger would not help me. I asked her when kim would be in and she told me today Tuesday she would be in at 4pm. I called it wasn't kim. Kim won't be there until friday. It just sucks. Because i don't know what to do. I wasn't being disrespectful at all. I just wanted 2 of my sandwhiches fixed. Because they came out wrong. But today Tuesday morning the manger didn't want to help me even tho i showed her the ticket and explain the situation. I just told her to put my number down so kim would call me because the manger told me kim would be here today Tuesday at 4. But she wasn't. Now i have to wait Friday after breakfast to fix my order. Honestly just not fair.
