The worst customer service I've had in a long time I was nice to him I greated him with a good morning how you doing and he didnt say anything gaved me attitude and was very rude to me when ordering food, If you don't like your job quit and do something else it's too early in the morning to be giving customers your horrible attitude. Couldn't read his name tag but it said Diane or something like that older gentleman African American decent.

Sorry Burger King dont deserve a star, I went into the store on Pecos and Ellsworth Rd, I asked the lady if they had Burger King quarter pounder with cheese 2 for 5 dollars? She said, they dont honor it, I said why not? It was a commercial was on tv twice!!!! I dont not honor any restaurant, stores, businesses anymore, I guess Buger King has all the money that they and cant honor their own commercials you know times are tuff and we pick and choose to spend our money with. Buger King is band in my life time. I approve my texts lol

My order was delivered to the wrong address and I called the Burger King I ordered from, the boy who answered the phone was rude . He wouldn’t let me get a word in at all! Then he hung up on me. The service was very bad customer service. I will never eat there again and I will tell everyone I know to boycott Burger King and Door Dash!!!!!

Surprisingly Great! Not only has this location been here forever, but the inside has all the same flooring, fountain drink/ice/icee stations, tables, and countertops. All still in immaculate condition. Place was clean as a whistle, and the staff was all on point. Fries were hot and fresh, and burger was perfect (even the onion rings on the burger were crispy). I don't think I've ever seen an older location fast food joint look and run this good. 👌
